Hello Madison Church! My name is Andrew Moore, I’m currently 20 years old, and I’m from Fresno, CA. I am the son of two Pastors- originally born here in Phoenix, AZ, where I grew up attending Radiant Church, out in Surprise, AZ. After many years of attending and my parents working there, my family moved to Fresno- attending and working at Peoples Church of Fresno.

The reason for me being back out here in Phoenix, is because I’m a student here in AZ- studying Worship Arts with an Emphasis in Media and Production out at Grand Canyon University. Pastor Bryan offered me a position here at Madison Church, as the Youth Director. That opportunity is the reason why I now have the privilege of teaching and connecting with your students here at Madison Church! I can’t wait to see the goodness of God work throughout your student’s lives as they grow in their faith and get connected to a faith family!

Some fun facts about me- I love music, it’s one of my passions. One day I hope to bridge the worship world with the secular world through music and production! I love the outdoors and camping! I love golfing, even though I’m terrible at it. And I love youth ministry! The opportunity to be a part of something bigger than myself has always been attractive to me, and now that I get to participate in the plans God has for these students- I’m just so excited!

My name is Juli Gilchrist and I’m on the staff here at Madison, as the Kids Church Director! I came to Madison as a teenager and stayed through high school and college.I met and married Todd at Madison too. Todd and I were gone from Madison for about 18 years. We recently returned because we felt like Madison was the place we could serve and grow. I am a 2nd grade teacher but will be retiring at the end of this school year. I'm looking forward to what God has in the future for me to do. If you see me around the church, I’m usually standing at the Kids Church check-in station in the lobby. A little about my job here is making sure that the Kids Church lessons and materials are prepared each week, scheduling volunteers to help each Sunday and encouraging and loving the kids of Madison. I also work on sharing updates and information on the Madison Kids Facebook and Instagram page. Please feel free to come say hi and get to know me! I would love to meet all of you! My name is Kristi Dunn and I am part-time staff here at Madison ministering in Congregational Care. I came to Madison, starting in 1st grade! Pastor Norm was my pastor and I grew up, became a Christian, fell in love and got married here! My husband, Andy, and I left Phoenix in 1992 to pursue college in Oregon. Who knew that we’d stay for 23 years! We’ve been back at Madison since 2021 and love the people and ministry here. I am mom to Savannah, who is 18 and in her senior year as a homeschooler. I also have two fur babies, Tex and Pepper, who are my cuddle buddies. Do you have a desire to serve others by just showing care? I would love to have you on my team. My name is Debi Martin or as our child care kids like to call me, Mrs. Deb! I am on the staff here as the Church and Child Care Center Office Administrator. I came to Madison Church through Madison Christian Children’s Center as a parent needing child care for my then 8-year-old son, Matthew. The staff at the school and the church were so welcoming and kind that we decided to attend a church service here in March of 2017. One thing led to another and I was hired as administrative support for the children’s center in December of 2017. When my husband, Cory Martin and I share our testimony we share that God brought us from the halfway house to the house of God. Pastor Bryan married us in January 2019 and together with God and fellowship with God’s people here at Madison, God has grown our dysfunctional family to a more functional one that prays together and serves together. My role on the Madison staff has grown from part time support to serving in the church office, sometimes in a classroom, or helping to host or coordinate one of our church events. Feel free to approach me and ask me anything about the church or the school. If I don’t have the answers, I’ll find them for you. My prayer is that more people find a home here at Madison Church like me and my family have.

Hello, my name is Ona. I have been at Madison for 6 years. I was the Children’s Ministry Director at the church until May of 2023 and then I stepped down so that I could focus on the preschool Madison Christian Children's Center. I am now the Director of the preschool. The preschool is how I started coming to Madison. I needed a job and Jen told me to come on a Sunday for an interview and I did. I have been working with kids for about 20 years. My favorite part of working with them is getting to see the “aha” moments. God has blessed me with a great husband who plays bass on the worship team. I would love to get to know you better. When you see me around feel free to come say hello. My name is Denise Largent. I am a momma of 3 kiddos, and I have been married to my love for 9 years. I've been on staff here at Madison for about 7 yrs now. I actually grew up at Madison Church and Pastor Bryan was my Children's Pastor! My little family and I currently attend another church in the valley closer to home, but Madison has always, and will always, hold a special place in my heart! I currently handle the bookkeeping side of the church, as well as some admin ministry work.
