Coronavirus Update from Pastor Bryan:

I am happy to announce that Madison will begin limited services this Sunday May 24th!  This will be a slow opening as we learn how to keep each other safe and healthy while still gathering for worship.  There is a lot to process and consider as you make your own decision about when to return to live services, so please read the following carefully and prayerfully as you decide what's the right timing for you and your loved ones.

1. We will continue to provide a live stream online service each week - so if you are not ready to come back you will still be able to participate in our worship services with your family from home.

2. We will provide two services (9AM and 10:30AM) to limit the number of people in each service:
A. Please let us know you are coming so we can plan accordingly - register here:

B. We will have 60 chairs with physical distancing available in the sanctuary and 40 chairs with physical distancing in the fellowship hall (Service via video stream)

C. There will be NO Kids Church or Nursery care - so prayerfully decide whether your children will be able to participate in a way that will allow you and those around you to remain focused on worship and the Word

D. Doors will be opened and closed by volunteers and hand sanitizer and wipes will be available to wash hands and surfaces

E. Please bring your own coffee and snacks - there will be no refreshments provided (I know...)

F. A volunteer crew will sanitize all seats and touchable services before, between, and after services

G. Offering will be taken via a box in the back

3. We are asking everyone to protect each other by following the guidelines for safe and healthy gatherings:
A. Please participate from home if you feel sick, have a cough, or are running a fever

B. Please participate from home if you are in a vulnerable population group

C. Please participate from home if you are not comfortable with risking a public gathering

D. Please adhere to all physical distancing guidelines

E. Please refrain from handshakes and hugs and consider wearing a mask to keep others safe and healthy

F. PLEASE RECOGNIZE THAT ALMOST ALL OF THESE MEASURES ARE TEMPORARY!!

I'm looking forward to seeing you in person soon.  If you have any questions or concerns or you would like to help us get ready for Sunday please let me know!

Pastor Bryan

p.s. If you come across hand sanitizer or wipes - please buy some for the church - it is hard to come by these days and it will help us move forward as we all work together!
